This program combines routine lawn mowing with trimming and pruning, pine straw or mulch installation, seasonal cleanups, and leaf removal so your property stays neat and well maintained from season to season. What’s Included in Our Full-Service Maintenance Program

Keeping a property well maintained throughout the year requires more than occasional mowing. Our full-service maintenance program bundles the core services most homeowners need so the property stays consistently maintained as the seasons change.

• Lawn Mowing: We recommend weekly mowing (up to 52 visits per year) to keep lawns healthy and consistently maintained. Each visit includes mowing, string-trimming around landscape features, edging along hard surfaces, and blowing debris from walkways and driveways so the property looks clean when the work is complete. We rotate mowing patterns to help prevent ruts and adjust deck height based on the turf type, typically maintaining fescue at 2.5 inches or higher and bermuda or zoysia around 1.5 inches. For bermuda and zoysia lawns, we also offer a premium reel mowing option that delivers a tighter, golf course-quality cut.
• Landscape Bed Weed Control: We remove weeds from landscape beds so they don’t compete with your plants for nutrients or take away from the appearance of your landscaping. Depending on the situation, this may involve hand-pulling weeds or applying treatments to help prevent them from returning.
• Trimming & Pruning: Our team trims shrubs and hedges to keep them neat and well-shaped throughout the season. We also prune select plants to remove dead or damaged growth and help maintain healthy structure as the plants continue to grow.
• Pine Straw & Mulch Installation: We refresh landscape beds with pine straw or hardwood mulch to maintain a clean, finished look around your property. These materials also help retain moisture around plant roots and reduce weed growth in planting areas.
• Leaf Removal: Leaves can quickly accumulate across lawns and landscape beds during the fall months. We remove leaves from turf areas, planting beds, and hard surfaces to keep the property looking tidy and prevent turf from being smothered by heavy leaf buildup.
• Spring & Fall Yard Cleanups: Our seasonal cleanups help prepare your property for changing seasons. Spring cleanups remove winter debris and prepare the landscape for new growth, while fall cleanups clear leaves and organic debris before winter so the lawn and landscape enter the dormant season in better condition.
